Interview

Hiya' sugar! Tricia here ready to talk until my jaw drops!
For class today each of us has to interview one another and post it on here. I am sad to say that this might be my last post. This whole blog was for school only, so I might not be on here a lot or at all.
Here we go!

1. Favorite superhero?
Spiderman, he tends to be a smart alleck
2.Worst superhero movie?
 The Superhero movie.
It didn't have the same superhero feel to it that other movies did.
3.Worst superhero?
 Aquaman, no valid reasons.
4.If you could meet any superhero, who would it be?
 Spiderman, he is my favorite.
5. Best supervillain?
 The Joker.
He's fuuny, unpredictable and causes chaos.
6. Worst supervillian?
 Slilt-man
His name, costume and he's just 'ugh', horrible.
7.If you could be in any MARVEL/DC comic, which would it be?
Daredevil.
He teaches me lessons and is overall great.

Well, that's all folks!

My found poem

Hiya' sugar! Tricia here ready to talk until my jaw drops!
My class has to write a found poem, which isn't easy for me because we have to use different articles to create one poem. So, I gave it a try.

Comics :

Heroes are born
Heroes die
Through all the evil
A new one will arrive.
From Hell's Kitchen
To Gotham
Heroes will be there to
protect,
help,
defend,
the innocent.

Well, I tried

Poems

Hiya' sugar! Tricia here ready to talk until my jaw drops!
Okay, so we had to find a poem that related to our blogs and it's hard to find poems about comics. So I just did the Lantern corps oath. All of them, because they are poems, right? Technically.
I'm sorry about the links, I couldn't get rid of them.

Red Lantern Corps Oath

"With blood and rage of crimson red,
Ripped from a corpse so freshly dead,
Together with our hellish hate,
We'll burn you all--that is your fate!"
Orange Lantern Corps Oath

What's mine is mine and mine and mine.
And mine and mine and mine!
Not yours!"
Sinestro Corps Oath

"In blackest day, in brightest night,
Beware your fears made into light.
Let those who try to stop what's right
Burn like my power Sinestro's might!"

Green Lantern Corps Version

"In brightest day, in blackest night,
No evil shall escape my sight.
Let those who worship evil's might
Beware my power--Green Lantern's light!"

Blue Lantern Corps Oath

"In fearful day, in raging night,
With strong hearts full, our souls ignite.
When all seems lost in the War of Light,
Look to the stars, for hope burns bright!"

Indigo Tribe Oath

"Tor lorek san, bor nakka mur,
Natromo faan tornek wot ur.
Ter Lantern ker lo Abin Sur,
Taan lek lek nok--Formorrow Sur!

Star Sapphires Oath

"For hearts long lost and full of fright,
For those alone in Blackest Night.
Accept our ring and join our fight,
Love conquers all with violet light!"

Well now you can memorize the oaths and prove that you are a true follower for the lantern corps!

Top 5 Marvel heroes

Hiya' sugar! Tricia here ready to talk until my jaw drops!
Today I'm gonna give you my Top 5 favorite Marvel superheroes! I would have added much more but that would go on forever!

5. Captain America
Captain America is the man who represents truth, freedom and justice. He has been through so much and still fights without any complaints. He even fought with Wolverine *totally jealous*. Even as Steve Rogers he is great. Coming from the 1940's, he is a gentleman and is so kindhearted!Oh did I mention that he punched Hitler? That is so damn cool. I would write more but I have to keep this short.

4. Daredevil
Matt Murdock, the son of his great father of a boxer who didn't want him to fight, is Daredevil. The movie Daredevil ruined this character for me when I was younger, but the new Netflix show rekindled my love for this blind fighter. Using his enhanced sense of hearing, he beat any guy you throw at him. Except the hulk, if you threw that guy at him he'd splat.

3.Deadpool
Of course he would be on this list, ya know, because the movie is coming soon! This undying, fourth-wall breaking Mary Sue is so amazing! No matter what situation, Deadpool will defeat it. Based off of Deathstroke as a mockery, he is the best at what he does, and what he does isn't pretty. Well, he isn't, because of his scared body. But whatever, still handsome in my book!

2.Wolverine

Of course you know that if I add Deadpool, you can suspect that the Wolverine will be added. Logan, originally James Howlett was born with his claws and healing factor, but after joining the Weapon-X program, he was given an adamantium skeleton. Making him mostly indestructible, although is vulnerable to Magneto due to his abilities.

1.Nightcrawler

Lastly, we have my ultimate favorite, Nightcrawler. Also known as Kurt Wagner, this lovable blue demon is hard not to like. He has the ability to teleport, coming from his father Azazel, but has blue skin like his mother, Mystique. He also has these little versions of him called 'BAMFS', who became his little helpers after promising them something far greater than his fathers blood. He loves pirates and is a expert swordsman and is also german. Fun fact : He has the ability who blend into shadows, due to his indigo fur. Yep, you heard me, fur. It's a very thin layer, not like Beast's. He's like a fluff-ball.

Well, that's all I've got for today, hope you enjoyed. Tell your top 5 favorite Marvel/DC superheroes in the comments below!

Quote

Hiya' sugar! Tricia here ready to talk until my jaw drops!
Well, not today. Once again, this is for my class.
We, my class, must find a quote that related to our blog.
So, after a long search trying to find not only a good one but a appropriate one for this. Thus, Batman came to the rescue.

"Either you die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself turn into the villain." - Batman

This quote was one of the few rare ones on Google, because all the others were the same and it annoyed me so much.
This quote relates to my blog because mine is about MARVEL and DC, and like everyone knows, Batman is from the DC universe. I just love this quote, so it will be :
QUOTE OF THE MONTH

So I might do a quote of the month from now on, seems fun!

Happy New Years

Hiya' sugar! Tricia here ready to talk until my jaw drops!
Hey, I'm back! So now I have been assigned to tell you all why I write about what I write about. You all know that I blog about anything that has to do with MARVEL or DC; because I'm your typical comic book fan. I started getting into comics when I was still in Elementary, seeing my older brother read them. After that, I began to read as many comics as I could get my hands on. Then I began to watch the movies based off of them, my first one being Batman the 1988 film, still love it. Ever since, I have been obsessed with those movies. My favorite series is the X-Men movie series, but still love the other MARVEL movies.

Speaking of obsession of anything MARVEL/DC, there is a great site called: Giant Size Marvel
It is a blog about everything MARVEL, I love it. So much. This is a site that I highly recommend if you are as much of a fan as I am!

Any ways, I am finished with this so, Tricia Out!
